Refund policy

Because candles are made-to-order,  Candles For Horse Girls does not accept returns or offer refunds for orders.

However, we will provide a free replacement for candles that are lost in transit, arrive broken, or have defects. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If your candle has anyof these issues, please reach out via our contact form with your name, shipping address, original order number, and a picture of the damaged candle if applicable. We'll process a replacement within 1-2 business days.
